01 — Foundation

The Living Mirror

Veast is not a fitness app. It is a digital mirror of the user's entire existence — from the weight of their body to the frequency of their soul. It maps who they are, helps them become who they're meant to be, and connects them with others walking the same path. Built on vegan principles, but welcoming all — with consciousness, not judgment.

Every element of Veast reflects its founder's persona: the Vegan Beast — living in harmonic equilibrium, balancing yin and yang, honoring both the physical and the infinite.

02 — Avatar System

The 15 Planes of Existence

The avatar occupies 70% of the home screen. It is a proportionally accurate 3D render generated from 2–4 user photos + body composition inputs (height, weight, body fat %, age, sex). It rotates, breathes, and evolves. Users can switch between 15 planes — each a deeper layer of their existence — by swiping. Every plane is connected to coaching services, causes, effects, healing practices, and educational content.

Users switch between a plain avatar and a customized version wearing collectible wearables. Historical and legendary skins (kings, warriors, philosophers, athletes) are earned or purchased. Avatar items can be overlaid, stacked, and shared.

The Veast Agent carries the founder's personality as its default: a Vegan Beast living harmoniously in equilibrium, balancing the physical and the spiritual. A neutral personality option is also available for users who prefer it.

Capabilities: Answer basic wellness and nutrition questions · Build and propose personalized diet plans (coach-reviewed before delivery) · Analyze food photos for macros · Create avatar from user photos · Generate daily task recommendations · Evaluate workout sessions · Report activity to coaches for accountability · Build a user persona profile from conversations and behavior to serve them better over time · Drive adaptive challenge difficulty.

Persona memory: Agent tracks user personality, behavior patterns, preferences, and communication style — building a deeper understanding over time to serve with precision.
