Quarterly record
Each row is one quarterly Pledge disbursement. On-chain USDC transfers link to Solscan. Fiat transfers show anonymized bank reference numbers. All disbursements require 2-of-3 multi-sig approval.
Physical Aid Reserve
20% of each quarterly Pledge disbursement is held as a physical aid reserve — used by the founder during travel to deliver direct aid. Every disbursement is documented with photo receipts published here. After departure, the Veast Foundation board continues this protocol.
