Where This Comes From

My father's car rolled 17 times.

• For years he couldn't lift that arm unless the other one carried it.
• About a year later, he had almost all of his mobility back.
• I was feeling like more than a personal trainer and I wasn't ready for it so I went and got ready.

• Depth is a choice here, not a hierarchy.
• And you can live in one plane for the rest of your life, and this platform will celebrate you for it.

What Actually Arrives

When you join with a coach, you answer a long set of questions, longer than you'd like.

• Then six things arrive, not one.
• Yours is built in your coach's method.
• The agent can only prescribe from inside the library. It cannot invent a movement and hand it to you.

The Coach Signs It

Nothing automated decides your body. Everything inside your coach's practice arrives locked.

• It opens when they've read it and signed it.
• And I'd rather you were briefly impatient with me than injured by me.

Once a month, three photographs. Front, side, back.

• The background is removed on your phone before anything uploads.
• A policy is a promise somebody makes. This is a place the data cannot go.
• Eight weeks is invisible in a mirror and obvious in two photographs.

Your session is one hour. The other twenty-three decide whether it mattered.

• It asks the operating system what you did. It does not follow you around to find out.
• Private as in your inner world is yours.
• A tracker you resent is a tracker you abandon.

Why It Outlives Me

I built this to outlive me and anyone else standing around me.

• Four equal parts: humanitarian aid, animal rescue, purification of the earth, and consciousness research, which is also what will keep the foundation standing.
• Net. Not gross.
• That's the answer, it outlives me because what it gives back was never mine to stop.
