The Veast Pledge
The Pledge
20% of net annual income · 4 equal slices · quarterly cadence
Every cent. Published with receipts.
Veast permanently pledges 20% of net annual income, in four equal 5% slices, to humanitarian aid, animal rescue, purification of the earth and consciousness research.
What is the Veast Pledge?
20% of net annual income after every expense, every salary, every tax, everything it costs to keep this alive goes out every year.
Four equal parts: humanitarian aid, animal rescue, purification of the earth, and consciousness research, which is also what will keep the foundation standing.
- Net annual income
- Net means gross revenue minus all operating expenses, salaries, infrastructure, payments and tax. The Pledge is never assessed on gross revenue, because a percentage of gross is a number chosen to sound large.
- 5%Humanitarian
Medical aid, poverty relief, emergency response in active crisis zones.
- 5%Animal Rescue
Animal welfare, shelters, anti-cruelty enforcement.
- 5%Purification
Forests, soil, water, air, ocean. Planting, restoring, and cleaning what has been fouled.
- 5%Consciousness Research
Neuroscience and mental health research funding. Includes Foundation Perpetuation — ensuring the Veast Foundation survives every founder, every codebase, every era.
Quarterly record
Each row is one quarterly Pledge disbursement.
Quarterly disbursements begin once Veast has net income.
Disbursements are delivered personally by the founder and published with receipts.
After departure, the Veast Foundation board continues this protocol.
The commitment cannot be amended — not by a board, not by unanimous vote.
