Including the ones that are awkward to answer. If a question below has an answer that does not flatter Veast, that is the answer printed.

01

What is Veast?

Veast is a coaching and human-development platform. Paying members choose a personally vetted human coach after they subscribe, and progress is measured across fifteen mapped layers of the human system, called planes. It combines training, nutrition, yoga, meditation, breathwork and sleep protocols in one architecture.

Every part of your plan that falls within your coach's disciplines is approved by that coach before you practise it.

02

How is Veast different from other fitness apps?

Three structural differences, not marketing ones.

  1. Your coach approves your plan within their disciplines. Nothing automated approves itself, and this is enforced at the database level rather than asserted as policy. Anything outside the coach's disciplines is labelled as a Veast Agent suggestion, and you acknowledge it before starting.
  2. Progress is measured across fifteen layers, not one fitness metric.
  3. The score counts practice, not screen time — every session, meal and sitting you log counts toward your Veast Score; reading and listening add only a small, capped amount.
03

What are the fifteen planes?

Sovereign, Fascia, Muscular, Circulatory, Skeletal, Visceral, Neural, Cellular, Etheric, Chakra, Presence, Elemental, Shadow, Transmission and Rishi.

Planes 1 to 3 open on signup. Planes 4 to 15 unlock at Veast Score thresholds and are never unlocked by paying more. There is no progression pressure — a member may remain on one plane permanently and be fully honoured for it.

04

What is the Veast Score?

A single measure out of 10,000 drawn from four domains: Physical, Knowledge, Metaphysical and Presence. It measures effort rather than consumption: it comes mostly from completed practice, and reading and listening add a small, capped amount. It is private by default, and it is what unlocks planes 4 through 15.

05

What is Today?

Home answers one question: what is meaningful for me to do today? The answer is a chain, not a feed: one guide entry to understand, one plane practice, and one line about what you noticed.

What you observe is private: no coach can read it.

It ends. “Done for today. Nothing more is asked of today.” No streak, no percentage, no reminder, no second chain.

06

Does Veast require a smartwatch or fitness tracker?

No. Veast does not recommend wearables and is built to train without them. A smartwatch or Bluetooth tracker is never required, and Veast never connects to one.

07

Are progress photos uploaded to a server?

Yes, privately. Progress and Mirror photos are stored privately and are visible only to you and your connected coach. Mirror photos, the monthly front, side and back capture, have their background removed on your phone, using Apple Vision on iOS or Google ML Kit on Android, before they are uploaded.

08

Is there a minimum age?

Veast admits members from 16.

Adult-only practices are hidden under 18, and so is all of Plane 13, Shadow. Hidden means everywhere: the library, search, routines, Today and the Veast Agent's advice.

Difficulty is never the reason: an elite push-up is open; a beginner round of power breathing is not. Eighteen stands in for a qualified person in the room, because an app is not a supervisor.

A date of birth is set once; after that it cannot be changed.

09

How much does Veast cost?

Standard is priced across five regional tiers tracked to purchasing-power parity: $99, $59, $29, $15 and $7 per month. Every tier receives the same complete product with no reduced feature set. In the app, the App Store or Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you subscribe.

Premium is priced individually by each coach. On a phone it is two charges: the Veast membership through the App Store or Google Play, and one-to-one coaching billed separately by card at the rate your coach sets.

10

What does Standard include?

Standard opens the whole thing. Every plane you earn, the full library, your six components, and a coach who reads every one.

After you subscribe, you choose your coach. Standard also includes the weekly group Q&A with coaches.

Standard is not one-to-one coaching. Premium is your coach's own offer, weekly time with them, your private line, and whatever else they choose to build around it.

11

Is there a free version?

Yes, and it is genuinely usable: planes 1 to 3 (and further planes as your score opens them), the first 100 exercises of the library, 5 journal entries a month, 10 Veast Agent messages a day, full community participation including posting, and rate-limited messaging to coaches before you buy, plus consultation booking.

12

Why do people in different countries pay different prices?

Because a dollar is not the same object in every country, and pricing as though it were is a choice to exclude people. The tiers are named by purpose rather than income — Carrier, Steward, Builder, Seeker, Spark. If you pay the highest price you are carrying weight on behalf of the wider transmission, and you should know that is what you are doing.

13

Are Veast coaches qualified?

Every coach is vetted personally by the founder, one at a time. Coaches declare disciplines from a fixed taxonomy of nineteen across three divisions.

Five disciplines carry a credential expectation because unqualified practice risks harm: rehabilitation and injury recovery, nutrition, breathwork, stress and nervous-system work, and shadow integration. A coach is scoped to their declared disciplines and cannot confirm plans outside them — they refer you to someone qualified instead.

14

How do Veast coaches get paid?

Coaches keep 80% of revenue from members they bring to Veast, and 20% from members Veast brings them — rising to 80% after three months of continued renewals for Standard, or six months for Premium.

The split is calculated on net collected, after tax and payment-processing fees, never on gross. Coaches set their own Premium rates.

15

What if my coach does not respond?

There is a service level. A gentle reminder to the coach at 48 hours, a firm one at 5 days, and at 7 days without a decision you are notified and may change coach with the normal cooldown waived. The clock pauses while a coach has marked themselves away.

16

What is the Veast Pledge?

Veast permanently pledges 20% of net annual income, in four equal 5% slices, to humanitarian aid, animal rescue, purification of the earth and consciousness research.

Net means gross revenue minus all operating expenses, salaries, infrastructure, payments and tax. The Pledge is never assessed on gross revenue, because a percentage of gross is a number chosen to sound large.

Disbursements are delivered personally by the founder and published with receipts. The commitment cannot be amended — not by a board, not by unanimous vote.

17

Who is behind Veast?

Amir Mohebbi, an Iranian-Canadian founder based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with sixteen years in fitness and certification as a personal trainer.

After a car accident, his father had severe nerve damage in his left arm.

“For years he couldn't lift that arm unless the other one carried it. It was painful seeing him that way growing up.

My intuition was to take him to the gym and put him through the work. About a year later, he had almost all of his mobility back.”

That is the origin of the platform's emphasis on restoration over performance.

18

What happens to Veast after the founder is gone?

Veast is designed to outlive him. Veast X LTD is the operating company; once formed, the Veast Foundation is a perpetual non-profit holding the intellectual property, trademarks, the constitutional document and the Pledge mandate.

Certain provisions are permanently unamendable even by unanimous vote: the Pledge structure, the fifteen plane names, and the published-will succession protocol.

19

When does Veast open?

Veast is open now on Google Play and on the web, and opens on the App Store when review clears. The first 8,888 paying members receive permanent Founding Member status, which is never reissued and persists even if the member later cancels. Free-tier members do not qualify for Founding status.
