For Coaches
Coach in your ecosystem. Set your rate. Hold your standard.
Veast is not built for one coach. It's built for every coach who has earned the right to transform lives.

Your rate, your terms.
Pick how you price at onboarding. Two modes — you choose:
Global Flat
One fixed USD price. Every client pays the same, regardless of their country's purchasing-power tier.
Auto-PPP
You set your Tier 1 base. The platform auto-scales for Tiers 2–5 using locked PPP ratios — meeting clients where they are without you doing the math.
The floor is the Standard price for your client's region — in practice a Global Flat price, or an Auto-PPP Tier 1 base, of at least $99. Above the floor, up to $10,000 a month, pricing is fully your decision. Founder vetting gates upstream quality. The founder's Premium rate is $2,000/mo — coaches set their own.
- Can Veast coaches set their own prices?
- Yes. Each coach sets their own Premium rate and chooses either a single global price or a rate that scales automatically with regional purchasing power. There is a floor equal to the Standard price for the member's region and a ceiling of $10,000 a month. Within that range, Veast does not dictate coach pricing.
The 80/20 split — dual attribution.
- 80%
Coach-attributed — when the client came through you. You keep 80%, per fee.
- 20%
App-attributed — when the client found Veast first, then added you. You keep 20%, per fee.
Multi-coach: every coach in a client's roster is attributed independently. Work you brought in is 80% from day one. An app-attributed member rises to 80% after 3 months of continued renewals for Standard, or 6 months for Premium — a lapse in membership restarts the count.
- What percentage do Veast coaches keep?
- Coaches keep 80% of revenue from members they bring to Veast. For members Veast brings them, coaches start at 20%, which rises to 80% after three months of continued renewals for Standard, or six months for Premium. The split is calculated on net collected — after tax and payment-processing fees — never on gross revenue.
- How are Veast coaches paid out?
- Payouts are assembled weekly on net collected revenue with attribution applied per member. Coaches provide bank details during onboarding, supporting Canadian EFT, US ACH, and IBAN/SWIFT international transfer. Refunds and chargebacks are proportional reversals — a coach is never asked to return more than they received on a transaction, and a balance never goes negative.
Your specialty Planes.
You declare the disciplines you practise, and the Planes they cover follow from them.
You approve the parts of a member's plan your disciplines cover; anything outside them reaches the member as a Veast Agent suggestion they acknowledge.
Out-of-scope work surfaces a 'Suggest referral to a specialist coach' option — you never approve outside your expertise. The standard stays high; you stay in your power.
- How does Veast vet coaches?
- Every coach is vetted personally by the founder, one application at a time. Coaches select disciplines from a fixed taxonomy of nineteen across three divisions — Body, Mind and Soul. Five disciplines carry a credential expectation: rehabilitation and injury recovery, nutrition, breathwork, stress and nervous-system work, and shadow integration.

The standard.
48-hour SLA on routine approval (calendar-aware; pauses during your time off). At 48h: a gentle reminder. At 5 days: a firm reminder. At 7 days without a decision: your member is notified and the case is logged to Trust & Safety.
Weekly group Q&A: YouTube Live broadcast (default) or text thread. Sessions stream public.
Premium 1:1: real-time persistent chat with assigned Premium clients. You pick the video tool — Zoom, Meet, FaceTime, whatever fits.
Off-platform solicitation = permanent ban + clawback. Industry-standard anti-leakage; protects everyone.
- What are a Veast coach's obligations?
- Coaches review and confirm the plans generated for their members, with a gentle reminder at 48 hours, a firm reminder at 5 days, and member notification at 7 days. Coaches are scoped to their declared disciplines and cannot confirm work outside them. Off-platform solicitation of Veast members ends the partnership. Coaches are independent contractors responsible for their own tax.
Deeper details
01Three-tier messaging architecture
Free members can message you before buying (3 unanswered messages, 3 coaches) or book a consultation. Standard members send AI-mediated inquiries that you batch-review by category. Premium members get real-time 1:1 persistent chat with notifications on every message.
02Coach assistant welcome messages
Each new client connection triggers a custom welcome from your AI assistant — using a template you author. Standard clients see it in their inquiry view; Premium clients see it as the first chat message.
03Your availability calendar
Mark out-of-office date ranges and weekly working hours. The SLA clock pauses during your OOO. Clients see 'Returns ⟨date⟩' on your card so they know what to expect.
04Coach change cooldown
Clients can change their coach once per billing cycle. First 14 days = trust period (no cooldown). Waived for safety concerns or 7+ days of coach inactivity. Structured feedback required.
