Your rate, your terms.

Pick how you price at onboarding. Two modes — you choose:

Global Flat

One fixed USD price. Every client pays the same, regardless of their country's purchasing-power tier.

Auto-PPP

You set your Tier 1 base. The platform auto-scales for Tiers 2–5 using locked PPP ratios — meeting clients where they are without you doing the math.

No platform price floor. Founder vetting gates upstream quality; pricing is fully your decision. The founder's Premium rate is $2,000/mo — coaches set their own.

The 80/20 split — dual attribution.

80%

Coach-attributed — when the client came through you. You keep 80%, per fee.

20%

App-attributed — when the client found Veast first, then added you. You keep 20%, per fee.

Multi-coach: every coach in a client's roster is attributed independently. Your direct work is always rewarded at 80%, regardless of the path.

Your specialty Planes.

You declare which of the 15 Planes you're qualified to teach (Sovereign → Rishi). AI-generated routines route only to Planes in your scope.

Out-of-scope work surfaces a "Suggest referral to a specialist coach" option — you never approve outside your expertise. The standard stays high; you stay in your power.

The standard.

24-hour SLA on routine approval (calendar-aware; pauses during your time off). At 12h: a friendly reminder. At 24h: escalation to Trust & Safety.

Weekly group Q&A: YouTube Live broadcast (default) or text thread. Sessions stream public so the wider community benefits.

Premium 1:1: real-time persistent chat with assigned Premium clients. You pick the video tool — Zoom, Meet, FaceTime, whatever fits.

Off-platform solicitation = permanent ban + clawback. Industry-standard anti-leakage; protects everyone.

Three-tier messaging architecture
Free members engage via the community feed only. Standard members send AI-mediated inquiries that you batch-review by category. Premium members get real-time 1:1 persistent chat with notifications on every message.
Coach assistant welcome messages
Each new client connection triggers a custom welcome from your AI assistant — using a template you author. Standard clients see it in their inquiry view; Premium clients see it as the first chat message.
Your availability calendar
Mark out-of-office date ranges and weekly working hours. The SLA clock pauses during your OOO. Clients see "Returns ⟨date⟩" on your card so they know what to expect.
Primary coach change cooldown
Clients can change their primary coach once per billing cycle. First 14 days = trust period (no cooldown). Waived for safety concerns or 7+ days of coach inactivity. Structured feedback required.
Post-departure governance voting
When the founder departs, Veast transitions to community governance per the constitutional succession protocol. Coaches vote at equal weight. Token economics — including stake-weighted voting — activate with V2. See the roadmap and the Foundation documents.
