How to request deletion of your Veast Life account and personal data. Two paths — in-app self-service or email — both result in permanent deletion within 30 days.
You may request deletion of your Veast Life account and associated personal data through either of the paths below. Both are honored equally and follow the same 30-day timeline.
If you cannot access the app — for example, you have lost your device, your subscription has lapsed, or you simply prefer email — send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account.
Please send from the email address registered on your Veast Life account. If you cannot, include your account email and any other identifying information (name, country, approximate signup date) so we can locate your account. We may ask one or two verification questions before processing — this protects you from unauthorized deletion requests.
Within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently erased from Veast X LTD's systems, including all primary databases, backups, and active analytics stores:

Once the 30-day grace period elapses, none of the above is recoverable by Veast or by you. Backups containing this data are rotated out within the same window.
A narrow set of records is retained after account deletion. This is required either by law or by the fundamental architecture of public blockchains.

Subscription and billing records are kept in a segregated archive for the 7-year period and are not used for any purpose other than legal and tax compliance. After 7 years they are also permanently erased.
Whichever path you choose, the timeline is the same:

If your request cannot be honored — for example, if we cannot verify ownership of the account — we will respond within 7 days explaining why and what additional information is needed.
CANCEL. Once 30 days have elapsed, cancellation is no longer possible.
