How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Veast infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent at the email above. Your notice must include all of the following:
- 1.A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- 2.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list.
- 3.Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Veast to locate the material (URL, screen recording, or specific description).
- 4.Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- 5.A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 6.A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- 1.Your physical or electronic signature.
- 2.Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- 3.A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- 4.Your name, address, and telephone number.
- 5.A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or — if outside the United States — any judicial district in which Veast may be found.
- 6.A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Veast will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file an action seeking a court order within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Veast maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
