The Cellular Plane zooms into the cells that compose you — the living intelligence of your body.
The most granular count to date puts a reference man near 36 trillion and a reference woman near 28 trillion; nobody has counted yours. Lifecycle, repair, communication, mitochondrial output, telomere integrity: all visible at this scale. The body you think you know is an ecosystem.
Why does the Cellular plane matter?
Cellular turnover, mitochondrial content and the cell's recycling machinery are real, measurable, and partly trainable.
None of them is a dial you can read on yourself — telomere length tracks aging across populations, not inside one person. Train what is measurable in you. The ceiling is real, and it is not purchasable.
