What is the Shadow plane?
The Shadow Plane is the subconscious realm — where symbols, archetypes, and unmetabolized experience operate.
The avatar becomes a translucent figure in a starfield, untethered from physical form. What you refuse to own, owns you. This plane changes that.
Why does the Shadow plane matter?
Shadow work is not for the broken — it is for the brave.
Unintegrated shadow drives every repeating pattern: in relationships, health, money, and purpose. Integrate it and the energy it consumed becomes available for creation.
What do you practise in the Shadow plane?
Practices linked to the Shadow plane include
- Dream Journaling,
- Lucid Dreaming,
- Shadow Work,
- Hypnagogic Practice,
- Deep Rest.
When does the Shadow plane unlock in Veast?
The Shadow plane opens at a Veast Score of 7,000, and only to members aged 18 or over.
Planes unlock by score, never by payment — a free member and a paying member earn them identically.
Depth is not for sale
Planes beyond the third open at Veast Score thresholds, never at a higher price. A free member and a paying member earn them the same way. There is no progression pressure anywhere in Veast — you may remain on one plane permanently and be fully honoured for it. It is a map, not a ladder.
Fifteen layers. Your pace.
Veast is a coaching and human-development platform. Paying members choose a personally vetted human coach after they subscribe, and progress is measured across fifteen mapped layers of the human system, called planes.
